STRUCTOR

When I have time (evenings?, Sunday mornings?) I make things like “STRUCTOR”. It’s a kit-bashing application, running in real-time. I have condensed years of Houdini knowledge and proceduralism into a simple-usable kit-bashing app. Why ? Because I am a big Star Wars fan and I am building a Star Destroyer model. But - I want to do it differently;

The Gentleman’s Insult.

Foul language; What’s the use of it ? Once my wife pointed out (rightfully) that if insults need to exist, they need to be of taste. And as usual (99.99%), she’s right. So I built and currently maintaining a character based insult generator. This is not AI. This is the proper thing. The currently available characters are:

• Captain Haddock (Tin-Tin). He has an amazing repertoire of one liners. (Ex.: “Blistering barnacles!”)
• Sir Humphrey Appleby (Yes Minister). Diplomatic offense that takes you minutes to understand: (Ex.: Your intellectual approach consists primarily of avoiding thought whenever possible).
• Lebanese. Juicy succulent things that were invented over centuries in Lebanese culture.
