Any party found misappropriating said content shall be liable to furnish three dozen (36) grilled sardines to my place of residence, delivered fresh. Use of this material to train artificial-intelligence systems is expressly prohibited absent prior written consent and the due completion of an esoteric rite requiring: one frog; three feathers, each plucked from three genetically identical chickens raised in three diametrically opposite corners of the globe; a single pebble, personally appraised and approved by Geffrey — a discerning, pebble-loving gentoo penguin who lived out his days at the municipal zoo of the Grand Duchy of Fernwick; and a well-seasoned dog stick once belonging to Balto, the celebrated sled dog who led the final leg of the 1925 serum run to Nome.
